Return Policy

ADO e-Bikes Return Policy:

We hope you love your ADO e-bike and have a great experience, however if you don’t and it is within 15 days of purchase, we will take it back without any charges or hassle. If you have any questions regarding your purchase just contact us at ado@adoebikeusa.com

If you purchased your ADO bike from a local dealer, please contact your dealer for your return, and the return is dependent on that dealer's return policy, not ADO.

To qualify for an online return: 

  • ADO USA does not cover shipping on returns unless expressly granted by ADO USA in writing
  • Items must have been purchased from ADOebike-usa.com
  • Be returned within 15 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The serial number must be visible
  • Bike returns must be received in like-new condition, undamaged, and in their original condition, complete with all accessories (e.g., charger, keys, manuals). Less than 10 miles on the odometer and no signs of wear.
  • For returns to be processed, please provide:
    • Returned Item
    • Pack list
    • Reason for return
    • Serial number (matching bike included)
    • Original packaging (if not, packaging must be provided to protect the bike during shipment)
    • POWER OFF all batteries or ship the battery separately

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Please be patient. 

Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between November 24 and December 24 are eligible for return through January 15 of the following year. Simply provide the receipt.
