Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
All ADO E-bikes are covered under a minimum 1-year, limited manufacturer’s warranty, which protects the owner against all manufacturing defects.
Once the original purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store, the warranty is automatically registered and applies only to the original purchaser.

The ADO brand is committed to providing lifetime technical support to ADO users. If needed, please contact us.
Ⅱ)Warranty periods and conditions for various components
ADO will replace any component deemed defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment), except in cases of user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

When dealers return warranty parts, they must provide the frame number or motor number; otherwise, the warranty will not be provided. |

Wearing parts: If the product becomes worn out during use, you can purchase replacement parts directly from the brand's official website. |
The warranty period is calculated from the date the product is picked up from our warehouse. As long as the products sold meet the conditions during the warranty period, they can enjoy after-sales technical services, but the following situations are not within the scope of service:
A. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage by the user
B. Man-made damage
C. Damage caused by the user's own disassembly or by a non-specially authorized maintenance department of the company
D. Visibly damaged appearance
Note:
Frame issues excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
1. Corrosion
2. Paint fade, scratches, and impact marks
3. Impact damage
4. Non-reversible modification (such as drilling or welding)
5. Chain guard mounted to the frame, if applicable
Battery non-warranty situation:
1. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemical exposure, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
2. Defects or damage caused by private modification
3. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by ADO USA;
4 . Products that have the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
5. Ordinary wear and tear;
6. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by ADO USA for the Products;
7. Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment of the Products in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner’s Manual;
8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
1. Parts compromised by corrosion due to exposure to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.);
2. Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product;
3. The Warranty of the frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crank-set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware only extends one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days will be charged to the customer;
4. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover;
5. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
6. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by ADO USA;
7. Products with the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
8. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by ADO USA for the Products;
9. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner’s Manual;
10. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
11. Ordinary wear and tear not resulting from defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by ADO USA. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
Brake pads
Rotors
Spokes
Tires/tubes
Chains
Chain rings
Cassettes
Crank-set
Warranty Method
1. We usually provide a warranty by mailing new parts or replacing parts at after-sales repair centers.
2. Whether you purchase from our official website, authorized offline stores, or official online platforms, you can enjoy the same warranty service.
3. Repair or replacement of parts outside the warranty scope will be charged. For specific fee details, please contact ado@adoebikeusa.com
4. Miscellaneous expenses during the repair period, such as alternative transportation fees and fuel costs, are not covered by the warranty.
Claims Process
1. Warranty Claim
• Send product information to ado@adoebikeusa.com. The following details need to be included: order number, email address, and shipping address used for the order, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
• Warranty Claim Approval. Parts and replacements will be available after approval by the support team. ADO will not be responsible for any installation costs without authorization from the after-sales team.
• Return of Faulty Parts. Please return the replaced faulty part and provide us with the shipping details. The shipping costs will be borne by ADO.
2. Shipping Damage Claim
The received goods may be damaged during transportation. In case of shipping damage, please contact ado@adoebikeusa.com and provide photo or video evidence. If the free accessories are scratched during transportation, they will not be replaced or compensated.
3. When your bike is still under warranty
When your bike is still under warranty, if there is a quality problem, we will try our best to repair it, but when ADO e-bike's after-sales engineer believes that the repair does not meet ADO e-bike's commitment to customers, we will replace it with a sample bike of the same level according to the actual situation. Please contact ado@adoebikeusa.com and provide photos or video proof.
Notice:
1. We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products.
2. For offline bicycle store repair services like Velotooler, ADO E-bike will only provide replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs incurred by the repair service.
3. Accessories are not included under this guarantee, including baskets, bells, lights, etc.
4. Warranty is void if the ADO e-bike has been upgraded or altered.
5. Proof of purchase from the ADO USA website or an authorized ADO retailer.
Additional
You agree to all of the above by default when you place an order.
This warranty is provided by ADO from the date of purchase to the original owner only and is non-transferable. in no event shall ado be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for personal injury, property damage or economic loss, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability or any other theory.
ADO makes no other warranties, expressed or implied. All implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the express warranties set forth above.
Warranty details may vary by frame type and/or country. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect your legal rights.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
1. Normal wear and tear
2. Improper assembly
3. Corrosion
4. Improper maintenance
5. Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
6. Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
7. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
8. Non-proprietary products (any other original part or component) covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty
9. Cosmetic scratches or non-structural blemishes on carbon rims or wheels
10. Any products not specifically included above are omitted.
This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item at the manufacturer’s discretion. This warranty extends from the original date of purchase. ADO is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by state law. Claims made outside the country of original purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions. Warranty duration and details may vary by country. The English version of the warranty shall prevail.
